Craig Smith - Associate Pastor (Worship & Communications)

Craig has been at Heritage since 1996. He holds an M.Div. from Denver Theological Seminary and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in New Testament Studies at TrinityCollege, BristolUniversity. Craig has recently transitioned to a  part-time role at Heritage. The rest of his time is spent speaking, teaching and  writing. He is the author of several articles and the book, The Kingdom For the  Kingless. Craig, his wife Coletta and their daughters Rochelle and Lynae live in  FoundersVillage, Castle Rock.

Nathaniel Gustafson - Student Ministries Pastor

Nathaniel joined the Heritage family in the summer of 2006, moving here from Seattle, WA.    Nathaniel holds an M.Div. from Western Seminary.  He and his wife, Tammy, live in Castle Rock.

Ken Robinson – Associate Pastor (Counseling & Small Groups)

Ken has been at Heritage since March of 2007.  He holds a Master of Divinity (Counseling & Family Ministry) from Western Seminary/Phoenix and is completing a Doctor of Ministry (Marriage & Family Therapy) from Denver Seminary. Ken and his family recently retired from the USAF where he served as a military chaplain. Ken, his wife Lynn and their son Matthew live in the Meadows in Castle Rock.

Laura Cross - Children's Ministries Director

Barb Larson  - Women's Ministries

Barb has been at Heritage since 2001, after spending 12 years with her family as missionaries in Ivory Coast, West Africa and France.  Barb, her husband Ron, and their children, Dana, Matt, Eric and Joel, live in Founders Village.

Connie Miller  - Office Administrator

Connie has been attending Heritage since early 2006.  She feels honored to be a part of the Heritage staff and see God's work on a daily basis.  Connie and her husband, Jay, have 4 children ~ Dustin, Michael, Victoria and Baillie, and live in Kiowa.  Heritage is a bit of a jaunt from Kiowa, but well worth it!

Sandra Schroeder  - Office Administrator

Rosemary Clark- Facilities Maintenance

Rosemary and her family have attended Heritage since fall of 2000. She has five kids ranging in ages from 11-20 (four boys, one girl), is Canadian, has four dogs, several wild bunnies in her front yard, a plastic Canadian goose in her garden and lives in the Meadows.

Kara Arguello - Nursery Coordinator

Kara has been attending Heritage with her family for two years. She has worked in Nursery ministry for over 10 years. Nursery is where our tiniest attendants  learn about God’s truth. Kara has a passion for teaching our precious little ones about their Savior. Kara her husband John and their two teens live in Founders Village.

Steve Broberg - Facilities Maintenance

Steve has been attending Heritage since March of 2006 after moving to Castle Rock from Orange County, CA.  He is involved with both the Youth and Worship ministries at Heritage.  In addition, Steve is the Operations Manager at a recruiter training company and holds degrees in English and Philosophy. 

Lara Hintze - Elementary Coordinator

Lara has been attending Heritage since the Fall of 2001.  She loves working with children and enjoys watching them grow in their knowledge and love for our Lord Jesus.  She  has been involved in many different aspects of Children's Ministries for the past 9 yrs.  Lara and her husband David and four children, Cade, Joshua, Sierra and Caleb live in Founders Village.

Renee Ruff - Bookkeeper

Renee has been at Heritage since 1991 and has worked for the church for 7 years.  She counts it a privilege to serve in the finance department and many other areas of the church.  Renee, her husband, Greg, and their children, Joshua, Luke, Lenise and Adam live in the Meadows.
